The video tutorials did help me get things set up, so that was good. But some parts went by a little too quick. I had to keep pausing and rewinding, and a few steps I just had to mess around with myself until I figured it out

I thought this would be a quick setup, but it ended up taking way longer than I planned. The instructions were confusing in a few spots, especially the little steps that should’ve been more clearly explained. I had to keep stopping to double-check things, which made the whole install feel more frustrating than it needed to be...

I needed a few replacement parts for our pool and was kind of surprised they actually had them in stock. Other sites were either sold out or just didn’t show the right size. Ordering was easy enough, and everything showed up correctly. It’s just nice to find a place that still carries those random pool parts you end up needing.

Well... I ordered a pool and it did show up, so that part was fine. The tracking was just kind of confusing. It went a few days with no updates, then all of a sudden it said it was out for delivery. The box looked okay and the parts seem fine, I just wish the shipping info had been a little clearer

I don’t know... I just felt like the prices were higher than they should’ve been for what you actually get. Once you add the extras or whatever else you need, the total climbs fast! Some of the items looked basic too, so it was hard to justify the cost. I was expecting better value for the money. I’d definitely compare prices elsewhere first, because it feels easy to spend more than you meant to here.

The pool did show up on the day they said it would, so that part was nice. The boxes were a little rough though, and one corner was crushed, which definitely had me worried. We checked everything over and thankfully it all looked fine inside. The driver was helpful enough and waited while we inspected it, which I appreciated. My only real frustration was the communication wasn’t very clear leading up to the delivery, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. Not a perfect delivery, but since nothing was actually damaged, I’m happy overall.

Showed up exactly like it was supposed to, and it actually feels sturdy, not like some flimsy piece of crap that falls apart the second you touch it. Happy with it
